In Peaceful Players, we always try our very best in our work and try to be the best young people we can be. We promote peaceful play just like our class saint John Paul II promoted peace amongst all. We do this through using the Character Strengths of being kind and loving. This means that we are friends to each other, make good choices and look after one another.

Uniform – please ensure your child wears the correct school uniform and all items are clearly named.

A reminder that from September 2024, school moved to a single active uniform which will be rigidly enforced. The uniform will be as follows:

  • Royal blue jumper or cardigan with school logo (purchased from school uniform shop)
  • Plain black joggers, leggings, shorts or skorts
  • White collared polo shirt – this can be with the school logo if parents wish but not compulsory
  • Plain black socks
  • BLACK shoes or trainers that are appropriate to wear for all active sessions including PE

Parents will need to ensure their child has in school every day:

  • A change of bottoms (joggers/leggings etc.)
  • An old pair of trainers that can be worn on the school field and will get dirty
  • A pair of wellingtons – without these children will be unable to join in with Forest School

ALL CHILDREN will be expected to wear the correct uniform so they feel part of the school community. Any child not attending in the correct uniform will be given items from the uniform bank to change into.

Please ensure your child brings a water bottle with fresh water (no squash or juice please) with a straw or closed lid everyday, along with their reading diaries and reading books.

For more information, follow us on Facebook and be sure to check in with Google Classroom, as Miss Brown posts regular updates there.
